We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, sizing, or other content are error free. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Sizing is a guide, not a guarantee of fit.

Not medical advice

Our products are garments, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Speak with a healthcare professional before using compression garments if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a circulatory or other medical condition.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to submit false or misleading information.

The Cinvie name, logo, site design, text, and images are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinvie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
